What is RF?

Radio Frequency (RF) using the TempSure Envi system utilizes a mono-polar device that delivers radio waves to the skin in order to stimulate collagen and elastin production deep in the dermal layer.

What are the benefits?

RF provides the deepest possible non-surgical skin tightening. There is no damage to the surface of the skin with RF – with this treatment the change starts at the deepest level of the dermal layer where most other non-invasive procedures cannot reach.

Who are the best candidates?

The best candidates for RF are those who want a skin tightening treatment with no downtime.

What to expect:

Before treatment:
The skin will be cleansed and ultrasound gel will be applied to the area being treated prior to treatment.

During treatment:
The skin will feel warm during treatment. You may feel slight pressure from the RF handpiece as it is moved across the skin.

After treatment:
Some temporary redness, minor swelling, and possible petechiae (clusters of small red spots) are common following this treatment, however, there is little to no downtime following the treatment. Directly post-treatment skin will feel tighter and more lifted. Results can be seen 3-6 months after the series is complete.

Treatment Scheduling:

Treatments are done in a series spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
